Do I qualify for service?

You will be screened for eligibility. If your household income is 125% of the federal poverty level or less, you probably meet our financial eligibility criteria. For some grants, we can assist individuals with higher incomes. We also screen for conflicts and grant requirements.

When you call the Legal HelpLine, an intake worker will talk to you to see if you qualify. If you apply online, an intake worker will follow up with you about your application for service.
